IT Helpdesk Analyst - Epsom, United Kingdom - Byron Recruitment
Description
This role is working for a prestigious and well regarded company in the Accountancy world.It is a hybrid role with one day working from home in the week.
Day to day work will include:
- Providing telephone support to staff and a small number of clients and overseas offices
- Ensuring the incoming helpdesk queries are handled promptly and to a very high standard
- Assigning tickets, where appropriate, to colleagues and monitoring progress
The person:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to learn new IT systems quickly
- A selfstarter who can take responsibility
- Excellent technical knowledge of "clientside" Microsoft Windows and Office
- Experience in 1st/ 2nd line technical phone support.
- Experience working in IT Helpdesk setting managing and resolving IT queries via ticketing system.
- Understanding of on premise and Azure cloud server / client principles
