Head of Recruitment - Teaching Assistants.

We need your help
We have a significant pipeline of Level 2 Teaching Assistant mainly in London. We are part of a group structure that includes Gateway Managed Services Ltd that trades as Cidori. They are currently helping 100 people per month qualify as Teaching Assistants. We want to place these great people into local schools.

What we are offering
In addition to a competitive base salary our commission structure is extremely lucrative. The minimum level of commission is 10% but this is progressive and steps up to 20% and 30%. For the right person, and dependent on performance, there may be profit share or equity opportunities. As a large group we have significant support and opportunities across the organisations.
