Executive Assistant to join us at Get Set.

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide

YOUR IMPACT:


Executive Support -

  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, managing their calendar, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Prepare and organise materials for meetings, presentations, and company events.
  • Conduct research and compile relevant information for the CEO's decisionmaking processes.

Board Administration -

  • Facilitate board meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation distribution.
  • Put together comprehensive Board packs, including reports, financial data, and strategic insights.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate board records, including meeting minutes, resolutions, and other pertinent documentation.

Project Facilitation and Management -

  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate projects, ensuring clear communication, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Help manage project timelines, milestones, and resources to ensure successful project completion.

Communication and Collaboration -

  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO, senior management, board members, and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organisation, promoting a positive and cohesive working environment.

Confidentiality and Discretion -

  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Uphold ethical standards and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

WHO WE SEEK:


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Clevel executives.
  • Demonstrable experience with project management skills.
  • Experience with putting together Board packs and facilitating and managing projects.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

Skills:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Discretion in dealing with confidential information and a high level of integrity.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Highly skilled in managing complex schedules, calendars, and tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective correspondence and
interaction.

  • Demonstrates unwavering discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficient in prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Adept at using office software, calendar tools, and communication platforms.
  • Takes initiative, identifies opportunities to add value, and anticipates needs without constant direction.
  • Possesses a knack for addressing issues proactively and finding effective solutions.
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism, always representing the CEO and the organisation positively.
