Responsibilities include:
Typical duties are:
- Front of house meet and greet visitors
- Booking and looking after meeting rooms
- Taking and transferring calls
- Dealing with the post in and out
- Booking car parking spaces
- Ad hoc administration
Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required:
- Excellent presentation
- Good communication skills
- Good written and verbal English
- IT skills
- Excellent customer service skills
Hours:
These vary. They can be full or part time. They can be long term or short term bookings. Some clients have a regular need throughout the year for occasional days.
Salary:
£10.50 to £12 per hour dependent on the role
