Eventus Legal are seeking an experienced Lawyer to join the Real Estate team as Head of Department of a dynamic and progressive law firm based in Lancashire.

The firm are offering an excellent package including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, free parking and flexible working.

Role Responsibilities

The incoming Head of Department will be responsible for managing the incredibly capable Real Estate team and supporting the vision to continue driving the department forward.

The team handle a mixed caseload of matters including:

Leases
Acquisitions and disposals
Property developments
Option agreements

Person specification
Applications are sought from experienced Real Estate Lawyers with a minimum of 4 year's PQE and ideally a following. You will be able to demonstrate your excellent knowledge and experience of Real Estate transactions along with management skills.

You will possess the following skills and experience:

Ability to run a mixed caseload
Mentoring or management
Team player
Excellent communication skills
Friendly and approachable
