Description

We are currently working alongside the leading sofa retail specialist in the UK. They design, manufacture, sell, deliver, and install sofas and
other upholstered and general furniture products nationally. They are the UK's largest furniture manufacturer and retailer
with over 124 showrooms in the UK, Republic of Ireland, The Netherlands, and Spain
As a Warehouse Operative you will work in the warehouse unloading frames and materials that have been delivered to the
factory. You will be responsible for loading delivery vans with furniture to be transported to stores for display or to
Distribution centres for delivery to customer's home.

Location of work is Fengate, Peterborough. Applicants must be able to commute here to be considered.

Flexible shift pattern covers seven days, so willingness to work any day is essential
Previous manual handling experience
You are preparing sofas to be delivered to customers homes, which

come in all shapes and sizes, so you must be able and willing to repeatedly lift heavy sofas. The role will involve
prolonged standing

Happy to help with other tasks that might not be part of your usual role they are one big team, so you will be

required to work together to deliver to the customer.

National Consolidation Centre - Warehouse operate 4 on 4 off,
