***Venn Group are delighted to have partnered with one of our valued healthcare clients, based in Oxford, to source an interim HR Administrator for the following assingment:
Location:
- Oxfordshire (one day per week onsite)
Contract:
- 3 months +
Rate:
- £11.75 per hour + holiday pay
Hours:
- 37.5 hours
Your duties will include:
- Acting as the initial point of contact for the team, answering basic queries and escalating matters as necessary
- Analysing and inputting data from a wide range of sources
- Processing paperwork for new starters, including DBS, right to work and reference checks
- Ensuring that all information recorded on the system is accurate and uptodate, as well as being kept in line with information governance guidelines
- Assisting the HR team with a number of general administrative tasks as required
- Efficiently managing your own workload to enable the department to run smoothly
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Strong administrative capabilities, with experience using MS Office
