***Venn Group are delighted to have partnered with one of our valued healthcare clients, based in Oxford, to source an interim HR Administrator for the following assingment:
Location:


  • Oxfordshire (one day per week onsite)

Contract:

  • 3 months +

Rate:
- £11.75 per hour + holiday pay


Hours:

  • 37.5 hours

Your duties will include:


  • Acting as the initial point of contact for the team, answering basic queries and escalating matters as necessary
  • Analysing and inputting data from a wide range of sources
  • Processing paperwork for new starters, including DBS, right to work and reference checks
  • Ensuring that all information recorded on the system is accurate and uptodate, as well as being kept in line with information governance guidelines
  • Assisting the HR team with a number of general administrative tasks as required
  • Efficiently managing your own workload to enable the department to run smoothly
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong administrative capabilities, with experience using MS Office
