Job purpose
To co-ordinate qualification activities and co-ordination of validation activities related to process and cleaning validation within a cGMP environment.

Principal accountabilities
To assist in the generation, review and execution of equipment qualification and validation documentation.

To support the Validation Manager with the qualification activities

To work to an agreed validation plan

To prepare qualification plans in line with project requirements.

To prepare Validation Master Plans as required

Responsible for site qualification activities supporting the teams validation activities that support and assist in the development and maintenance of the site quality system meeting the requirements of ICHQ7 and other relevant global requirements as required.

To co-ordinate the activities of the validation plan aligned with Manufacturing, Development and Quality Departments requirements.

To collate data from historical reports and pre-validation manufacture to enable the writing of qualification and validation protocols.

To write qualification and validation protocols including periodic reviews, and reports for processes and cleaning validation.

Assist in qualification of production and laboratory equipment and hardware/software.

To perform risk assessments related to all validation activities including the evaluation of change control.

Raise and follow up on Quality Management System (QMS) actions.

To write, execute and report on qualification activities.

To support the organisation and department during internal and external audits to ensure compliance with cGMP

Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
