We are looking for a bright, committed, and enthusiastic individual to become a key member of our team.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is 100% focused on new business and would suit an organised individual with a strong eye for detail and the motivation required to generate new business opportunities.

I.T Blend offer a consultancy service throughout the U.K to navigate small and medium sized businesses through the confusing world of technology by helping them to choose the ideal products, solutions, and partners for their business.

We are a sales company who specialise in consultative selling.

This means we understand the sales process and are very much focused on supporting our team to achieve the best possible results.


We do this in several ways including:

  • Providing up-to-date fully qualified prospect data
  • Assistance with marketing, raising of proposals and other administrative support.
  • Our CRM system is easy to use and very visual, designed with sales in mind.
  • Full training and support will be provided.

What will my Responsibilities be?

  • To proactively seek new business opportunities within your assigned location
  • Generate appointments by establishing the needs and requirements of prospects
  • Build a pipeline of opportunities and move these opportunities through the sales cycle to a close
  • Accurately maintain prospect data including contact details and all relevant business information into our CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with administrative support, Sales and Operations departments
  • Ensure all processes are implemented and high standards of performance are attained.
  • Help to create a positive and supportive culture that enables our colleagues to excel and make our business a great place to work

  • Comfortable working independently but also in a small friendly team
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience and an understanding of sales in the Managed Service I.T industry would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided

What Are My Working Hours?
This is a Temporary to Permanent position

8-20 hours per week are available, between the hours of 08:00-18:00
