As a Travel Customer Service Advisor you will be first point of contact for new and existing customers dealing with a wide range of queries regarding holidays ensuring an outstanding level of customer service whilst maximising sales opportunities.
The Successful Applicant:
Ideally customer service experience this could be from hospitality or retail
Friendly and professional approach
Excellent on the telephone
Good Team Player
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Passionate about providing an excellent level of customer service and progressing a career within travel
