2fawcett are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their client based in Nottingham on a fall time, permanent basis.


The role and responsibilities:

  • Understand customer requirements and
    process orders accurately and efficiently to enhance the customer experience.
  • Address customer questions regarding products and services.
-
Up sell extra products or services should be sought.

  • Maintain accurate customer account details.
  • Provide
    effective communication with customers, colleagues and 3rd parties to ensure successful outcomes with a "Right First Time" mentality.
  • Provide
    support to your co workers and complete working processes accurately and promptly as required.

Requirements:


  • Must be a team player
  • Must have exceptional
    communication &
    telephone skills:
  • Accurate record keeping of customer interactions, transactions, and comments
  • Knowledge of generic business systems and processes including
    Profit+:
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Confident in
    complaint resolution

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00 per year

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
