Description
2fawcett are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their client based in Nottingham on a fall time, permanent basis.
The role and responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and
process orders accurately and efficiently to enhance the customer experience. - Address customer questions regarding products and services.
Up sell extra products or services should be sought.
- Maintain accurate customer account details.
- Provide
effective communication with customers, colleagues and 3rd parties to ensure successful outcomes with a "Right First Time" mentality. - Provide
support to your co workers and complete working processes accurately and promptly as required.
Requirements:
- Must be a team player
- Must have exceptional
communication &
telephone skills: - Accurate record keeping of customer interactions, transactions, and comments
- Knowledge of generic business systems and processes including
Profit+: - Excellent written and oral communication
- Confident in
complaint resolution
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£25,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
