Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the property industry? Anchor is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Surveyor in the Leeds & Bradford areas.

About the role
As a Surveyor at Anchor, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the delivery of property investment, service and inspection, and repairs services to a designated portfolio of properties (approximately 20-40 locations).
Working closely with housing or care operations teams, you will ensure the timely delivery of services, good maintenance of properties, and that you meet property strategy targets.
Your responsibilities will include identifying and correcting building defects, managing project delivery, analysing property performance, identifying cost savings, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
You will:
- Work with operational colleagues and residents to ensure homes are safe secure, and well maintained.
- Lead and manage the delivery of property investment, service, and inspection, and repairs services to the designated portfolio of properties.
- Undertake regular inspections of the property condition.
- Ensure necessary repairs and planned works are delivered in the most costeffective manner.
- Assess properties to review future investment and repair planning.
