Your Role:


Working in the Product and Proposition Team, this role will ensure Specialist Financial Advisors (SFAs) are engaged and that the proposition provided by Wesleyan General Insurance (GI) is suitable for its customers and offers true value for money in line with FCA regulation, this is across all insurance product lines and making sure it is underpinned by Wesleyan's Compliance and regulatory requirements and in line with the client becoming a lifelong partner.


What you'll be doing:

  • Work with other business units such as PPG to maximise lead flow to GI
  • Ensure all GI Leads are loaded into GI systems in a timely manner
  • Report on GI Lead performance to stakeholders
  • Prepare and distribute monthly data reports for business stakeholders internal and external

  • Analyse and review usage working with Product and Proposition Manager to review proposition for Mutual Benefits members
  • Manage/lead member(s) of staff
  • Oversee Daily and Monthly GI Stats ensuring they are accurate and presented in a timely manner
  • Review Insurer performance data on a monthly basis and make recommendations and observations to Insurer Relationship Manager
  • Panel Review/Value for Money Assessments
  • Prepare data to be used in conjunction with the reports and assist in the writing of the reviews ensuring they are completed within the timetable
  • Attend Product and Proposition Committee and take a note of actions/decisions and Feedback
  • Ensure actions and feedback from PPC are completed in a timely manner

We're looking for:


  • Proven track record of supervising/Leadership and coaching.
  • Navigate around multiple software to manage/analyse data and information.
  • Understanding of advicebased service.
  • Ability to work in a teambased environment whilst also being able to work well independently.
  • Thorough knowledge of regulatory and legislative requirements relating to work carried out by the business operation, Customer Outcome principles, IDD and ICOBS rules, Money Laundering, Data Protection and Information Security.
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyse data and produce reports within Excel or equivalent spreadsheet software to a high standard.
  • Experience of presenting management information and recommendations to key stakeholders, both face to face and through written reports.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (including Dynamics)

  • Annual salary of up to £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience), reviewed annually
