The Client

Eclypse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a registered nurse deputy care home manager for a nursing home in Pembroke, South West Wales.

The home caters for circa residents and is part of a small to medium group of care homes that have an excellentreputation.

The nursing home caters for elderly frail nursing residents.

The Role
This deputy role will mainly be a clinical hands on role.

You will work the majority of your week in a clinical capacity but you will have 1 day per week for you to carry out your management duties such as clinical audits, supervisions and help the managerwith the day to day running of the home.

The Person

You must be a registered nurse with active NMC Registration
You must have experience in nursing homes as a staff nurse, senior nurse or lead nurse
You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities

The Salary

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £37,770 per annum and you will be contracted to work 37.5 hours per week.
