Office and Facilities Administrator
Harwell - office based
Car drivers required due to travelling between two local offices
Up to £26,000
Duties
- Assist the facilities manager, preparing for external subcontractors to do work and process associated paperwork
- Manage reception and visitors
- Answer the main phone line
- Create access passes
- Purchase office and kitchen consumables
- Arrange travel and event bookings
- Manage post and shipment paperwork
- Onboarding of new starters and arrange employee training
- Raise purchase orders
- HSE administration
- Previous reception and or administration experience
- Good IT skills including Excel
- Excellent written/ verbal English
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to learn new skills and systems quickly
- Multi tasking, prioritisation and organisational skills
- Effective relationship building skills
- A team player mentality as well as using their initiative when working alone
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
Up to £26,000.00 per year
