If you are looking for a career in which you make a difference every day and you possess good oral and written communication skills, can prioritise, and pay attention to detail, we currently have vacancies in our Fitness to Practise team as a Casework Assistantand in our Registration team as a Registration Officer.

In these roles, you will work within a supportive and collaborative environment, using your first-class administration skills to progress cases / registrations in a timely fashion, whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Your work will be key in supportingour remit to protect the public by regulating dental professionals in the UK.


About you:


  • Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build empathy and communicate professionally
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise
  • Experience of maintaining accurate records
  • The proven ability to work well as part of a team
Experience of working in a regulatory or similar environment, managing sensitive and confidential information, would be advantageous.
