As a Personal Advisor in the Children in Care and Permanence Service, you will work with young people aged 16-25, ensuring that they are fully supported to achieve and transition into adulthood.

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a relationship based approach. You will have good time management skills and an ability to manage competing demands. The role involves working with sensitive and confidential information so you will be committed to ensuring confidentiality.

You will work with children leaving care, including unaccompanied asylum seeking young people, to ensure effective pathway planning, and you will have an excellent understanding of the needs of care experienced young people.
