Essential qualifications:
Full General Medical Council registrationMRCS or FRCS Essential clinical skills and experience: At least 1 years experience of managing ENT patientsGood practical skillsExcellent communication skillsMust have an interest in teaching all grades of hospital and professional staff Essential Management & Administrative skills: Willing and able to work with colleagues in other specialities, professions and roles to ensure the delivery of a high quality, safe and reliable service.
Familiar with clinical governance.A willingness to accept responsibility and provide leadership.
