Salary:
Grade E - £28,282 - £31,364 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)


Working Pattern:
This is a permanent position working 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

We are seeking to appoint an HLTA to cover classes across the school.

  • Will be enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated to prepare and deliver lessons to individuals, groups and whole classes
  • Has relevant HLTA or equivalent qualifications or the desire to do so
  • Has experience in KS1 and KS2 (desirable but not essential)
  • Has an interest to work with SEND (desirable but not essential)
  • Will work collaboratively with teaching staff and assist teachers in the whole curriculum planning cycle and the management/preparation of resources
  • Will be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given solutions with integrity and compassion
  • Can inspire and motivate children and enable them to be the best that they can be
  • Has the ability to encourage every child to learn, aspire and achieve
  • Has enthusiasm, skill and the desire to make a difference

This is a permanent position, working 5 days per week, 08:30 - 15:30 starting September 202- Ventrus Multi Academy Trust require all applicants to be eligible to work in the UK with no restrictions, as we are unable to offer sponsorship/work visas.

You will be required to provide proof of Right to Work at interview stage._
