Description
The Peninsula Medical School requires a proactive and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for a busy team.


Under the direction of the Programme Administrators as as a member of the team, you will be required to assist with the delivery of a comprehensive and customer focussed service.


Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment, you will provide direct contact to staff and students responding to their queries.

This will include attendance monitoring, updating of databases, using the student record systems, providing administration for meetings, updating programme documents and providing support for the team.

You will have good organisational, IT and communication skills.


The post will be located in the Portland Square building, however, there may be a requirement to work from other sites to support business need.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37 hours a week.
