aintenance Operative you will work
32.5 hours per week, including weekends with an hourly rate of
£ Regardless of age, which will be increasing to £13.35 an hour in April 2024
We would be offering Live In Accommodation as part of this role.

Being a Maintenance Operative:

The main tasks of a Maintenance Operative will be completing general repairs around the hotels in a timely fashion and calling our 3rd party contractors as required.

As well as looking after the utilities regarding meter readings and taking annual water samples for Legionella testing.

You will also assist during the winter works program which includes tiling, decorating and potentially plumbing and re-wiring if qualified.
