A growing charity who deliver high impact financial education to young people are expanding the team and looking to recruit a Regional Manager to lead on a unique pilot programme delivered into primary schools across Edinburgh.

The organisation's objective:

to create an evidence based blueprint of how to deliver high quality financial education in primary schools for the government, which they can roll out to every primary school in the country.

About the role:

You'll be based in Edinburgh and will work remotely, travelling throughout your region as well as traveling ocassionally to London to meet up as a team once every 4-6 weeks.

This role is permanent and part time (22.5 hours per week) offering flexibility onwhich days you work. The full time annual salary is £40 - £50k.

As the Regional Manager for Edinburgh, you'll have overall delivery, operational management and planning responsibility for a pilot programme being rolled out into primary schools.

You'll also contribute to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of resourcesand will manage relationships with existing member schools who have signed up to the programme, volunteers who deliver the programme and corporate partners who fund the programme.

There is also an opportunity to grow the number of corporate partners and volunteersin your region as well as training others to deliver the programme.

About you:
You will have experience managing, developing and/or delivering programmes aimed at young people. You'll be a self starter and will be self motivated with the ability to manage your own priorities.

You'll be a natural partnership manager and relationship builderto engage with various stakeholders in schools, with corporate partners and other Regional Managers across the organisation.
