Description

My client, a leading workspace provider, are looking to hire a creative, detail orientated receptionist to join their team in Southampton in their spectacular offices.

You will be responsible for ensuring the workspace is running smoothly and always providing expectational communication and customer service.


Responsiblities:

  • Assisting clients with their daily needs and resolving any issues that may arise, while maintaining an enjoyable and fun space to work in
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors in a polite and professional manner, providing a positive first impression and excellent customer service
  • Manage meeting room bookings for internal and external clients, ensuring smooth coordination and setup
  • Creating, coordinating and hosting themed social events for internal clients, including catering and decorating
  • Promoting events and activities, assisting with social media and marketing the office through social media platformsS

Skills and experience:

  • Excellent communication, including strong oral and written English language
  • Good IT skills, operating Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel to an intermediate level
  • Ability to handle challenging or stressful situations and undertake any other reasonable tasks as required
  • Experience in a client or customer facing role
