Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of yearend accounts, management accounts, VAT returns and other financial reports.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients based on thorough financial analysis.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring highquality service and adherence to deadlines.
  • Foster strong client relationships, providing expert guidance and responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements:


  • ACA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a practice environment.
  • Proficiency in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong understanding of UK GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
  • A dedication to highquality client service and a keen eye for detail.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
