Maintenance Scheduling Administrator

  • Zeus Personnel are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our clients entry level role and with a wealth of training
- you can start in Maintenance Scheduling or Finance Admin (invoicing etc) depending on your skillset. Training will be given for both role types._


Hours of work:

Monday - Friday

8:30am - 5pm


Rate of pay:

Starting at £22,000 pa +

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • To schedule and coordinate reactive and planned maintenance jobs, including plumbers, joiners, gas engineers, electricians, painters.
  • Working on the help desk
  • Assist with compliance certifications required by our clients, who own large property portfolios across the UK.
  • Ensure jobs are scheduled and followed up in a timely manner.
  • Responding to enquiries and resolve maintenance issues
  • Using the maintenance scheduling and repair reporting system to monitor reactive repairs and planned maintenance
  • Assisting in quote generation
  • Working with suppliers to ensure materials are ordered ontime
  • Participate in monthly client meetings to track progress and performance

Key skills:


  • Computer literate, knowledge of word, excel
  • Quick learner and ability to work effectively with our maintenance/scheduling tools eg. simPRO and accounting tools eg. Xero. _(Full training will be provided.)_
  • Excellent administration skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service skills and computer literate
  • The ability to prioritise activities, manage several tasks concurrently and work under pressure
  • Displays initiative dealing effectively with issues
  • Excellent attention to detail in order to present work to high standards.
  • Works well using own initiative and able to demonstrate problem solving ability

Job Types:

From £22,000.00 per year
