Are you ready to take the next step in your career at the GMC? Are you keen to understand more about how the organisation works?

This is a varied and at times fast paced role that will give you a great exposure to how the GMC ticks and a real 'helicopter view' over the organisation.

This team works with our most senior stakeholders on Council and SMT and provides governance advice and support to every directorate in the organisation.

You will need to be very organised with a great eye for detail.

You will be confident in your excellent interpersonal skills to provide a responsive and helpful service to our key customers, supporting the Head of Corporate Governance and the Governance managers in ensuring the governance framework functions smoothly.

We are happy to support a range of flexible working options. Flexible working requests will be considered in line with the policy.

The GMC has committed to the Disability Confident employer scheme and supports the requirements of the Disability Confident interview scheme.

If you have a disability and meet the essential criteria for this role as outlined in the person specification document, you will be offered an interview.

If you would like any further information on the role please contact Dale Langford, Corporate Governance Manager

This is a hybrid role between home working and office working, you'll work 1 or 2 days a week in the office, or more if you prefer.

We may ask you to attend the office on additional days where necessary, for example team meetings and some travel to other GMC locations will be required from time to time.
