This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join Your Health Partnership (YHP) PCN who are part of Sandwell & West Birmingham NHS Trust.

YHP are a group of 7 GP surgeries providing primary care to over 53,000 patients across the Sandwell area.

The role will be based at Lyndon Primary Care Centre (within the grounds of Sandwell Hospital) and will provide effective, efficient and comprehensive day-to-day administrative support to the Senior Management Team and other Line Managers/ Supervisors as required.

We are looking for someone who likes a challenge as the role is very varied and involves working with the wider team to support project management and event organisation as well as diary management and meeting co-ordination and minute taking.


The role is for 37.5 hours per week working, Mon - Friday between the opening hours of 8.00am - 6.30pm.

To provide operational day to day administrative support to the Senior Management Team and other Line Managers/Supervisors as required.
To have the ability to produce a letter/report and undertake audits to produce the data to insert into a report

To participate in co-ordinating and minute taking of meetings as requested.
To produce documents and presentation material for meetings as required
Liaise with colleagues to maintain key project documents, communicating with and collating information required from individuals not directly involved with project or not in attendance at key project meetings
Participate in relevant internal and external working groups/projects to provide information and support and to maintain data collection systems for its effective use by the team
Analyse and report on data and monitor the processing of data and information
Provide information to project lead on project and statistical information matters
Plan and organise meetings or events and assist in the diary management requirements of individuals in connection with portfolio of work


There will be a requirement to learn all the different electronic systems used by the administrative and clinical services in order to carry out its function.
