Role in summary:


Whether you're completely new to advertising or looking for your next entry-level role in industry, this position provides a valuable opportunity to start your career in Client Services.

You will work collaboratively with a supportive team, assisting in the management of a household-name client in the dairy industry.

You'll be supporting your team members in all areas of account handling, working toward the delivery of accurate, on-brief work whilst forging a career as an account handler at ZEAL.


What you'll be doing:


  • Organising and attending briefing calls with clients, taking detailed notes and creating action plans and deliverables
  • Taking the lead on the administration of key documents and tools such as contact reports, timing plans and status reports
  • Keeping updated on our client's brands and their competitors by carrying out research and retail audits to better understand key products and the marketplace
  • Liaising with suppliers to build good working relationships whilst building your understanding of the services they can provide to our clients
  • Gathering and analysing cost information for projects where we are seeking their support, and feeding into the budget
  • Accurately and timely recording relevant information on our financial systems including creating cost estimates, raising purchase orders and invoices, and entering expenses. You will also, on either a daily or weekly basis depending on the project, log time spent on projects on Paprika
  • Regularly reviewing the finance status of each job, ensuring invoices and payments are pushed through in a timely manner
  • Seeking opportunities to further your knowledge about how we support our clients with campaigns, promotions and shopper marketing

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Ideally, experience in a professional working environment of any kind
  • The ability to be organised and proactive, whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to communicate well, especially in a teambased environment
  • The ability to work autonomously and to know when to ask for help
