We have a great opportunity to work as a Junior Compliance Administrator at our client site based in West London.


This site is a large international multimedia company who are at the forefront of family entertainment, including films and TV series.


The role is focused on supporting the Security and Compliance administrators who in turn provide support services to the client security management team.

This includes liaising and working with 3rd party vendors to ensure compliance with the Global Screening System (GSS) when booking Event & Screenings security support.

Supporting the maintenance of the Travel Risk Intelligence Service (TRIS) and Everbridge (GENS) Mass Notification platform by carrying out essential administrative tasks.

Other tasks will include, keeping the screening calendar up to date, collating reports and booking security for all pre-release screenings and events as requested by the business.

Essential skills

  • Ability to maintain and develop positive working relationships with the Client, site management and peers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service & communication skills;
  • Ability to work under own initiative, strong planning and organisational skills
  • Competent on Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint;
  • Analytical with experience retrieving data and presenting reports.
  • An understanding and appreciation of diversity, equality and inclusion.
