Our client is looking to recruit a Data Input Administrator with exceptional Customer Service skills to work with the front line Customer Service Team.


You will be monitoring customer's orders and deliveries (standing orders) including completion of all administrative steps which include standing order renewals, new standing orders from existing / new customers and help support the team.

You will need towork with the customer (internally and externally) to gain an agreed standing order / adjustments to improve on service provision, be compliant with ISO and reduce ad-hoc deliveries that may incur additional costs to the company.

Additionally you will be requiredto build reports and talk through with Senior Management, and also build relationships and resolve any customer problems.

Essential Skills - Experience of SAP

Good experience of Excel

3 consequetive years in an administration or similar role

This is an office based role but Hybrid will be considered after probation.

Including Bonus £1,820
