We have a vacancy for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team based in Burton-on-Trent, working Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm

You'll provide a high-level Customer Service support to the internal and external customers for the OCS Helpdesk within Molson Coors, managing a high volume of transactions via various communication methods including telephone and E Mails for a facilities managementHelpdesk via CAFM System.

You'll deliver exceptional customer service standards, always delivering customer service excellence.

You must be self-motivated, able to work under pressure and using your own initiative as well as being a team player.

Computer literacy, professionalism and excellent communication skills are fundamental for this role.


Main Duties:


  • Greeting Visitors and Contractors within the OCS Office.
  • Updating the CAFM System ensuring that there is a full history on all requests logged prior to closing these in the system.
  • Ensuring that the client is always kept updated about all queries, closing the loop on all queries and ensuring that a query has been resolved to the client's satisfaction
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are a must when both logging and raising queries which will then be referred to the appropriate resolver for action. Obtaining as much information as possible is vital when logging requests in the system.
  • To act as first point of contact within the OCS Office.
  • Receiving, producing and submitting quotations.
  • Arranging site inductions and permit to works for all contractors across the Molson Coors contract.
  • Liaising with the OCS Team members to complete inhouse tasks.
  • Consumable ordering of Stationery and PPE

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel
  • Excellent Customer Service track record
  • Previous experience in a call handling environment
  • Time Management

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good verbal written communication skills
