Key Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an proactive Sales Administrator to join a small but expanding organisation in the Chichester area.
This role will initially be based on site for the first 3 months whilst you build your product knowledge withthe potential opportunity for hybrid working thereafter.
Our client is looking for someone that will be as passionate and excited to be part of the organisations expansion and keen to develop their role as the company evolves.

- 40 hours per week 85 (Monday Thursday) 84 Friday
- Free Parking onsite
- Offering a salary between £23,000 £25,000
- Birthdays off
- 25 days annual leave
Role
- Supporting the sales team and clients to use products
- Handling inbound sales enquires
- Management of contracts and enquires on the CRM system
- Updating the website with the latest information and products
- Delivering great customer service to an array of clients from commercial business to individual consumers
Personal Specification
- Experience with ecommerce sales (would be advantageous)
- A sales acumen with previous practical experience
- Driven to succeed
- Computer Literate and ideally used HubSpot and WooCommerce
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
