About the Opportunity
The Role holder wil
l raise and monitor replenishment orders on our ERP system to ensure continued high level of service for our customers exceeding our KPI's


Assist in the proactive strategic management of existing allocated lines to ensure correct inventory levels in each PHOENIX depot whilst meeting legitimate customer demand if this exceeds capped levels.

Raise and review SOP's relating to replenishment in line with our quality management system as and when required.

Communicate effectively and efficiently with internal and external customers, responding to associated departments, depot and customer or supplier enquiries and requests


Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with excellent administration skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.


You will be highly self-motivated, proactive and positive with good interpersonal skills, excellent time management and enjoy working as part of a multifunctional team.

As an energetic and positive team member, you will be excellent at problem solving, resilient and focussed on results.


Ideally, we are looking for a new team member with a minimum five GCSE's or equivalent including English and Maths.
