The Job:

We are looking for someone to join our enthusiastic and motivated Emergency Department Team for 6 months (extendable) to start ASAP.

You would be working at the level of a ST3 level in the ED with direct shop floor supervision from our 18 consultants and 9 experienced ED middle grades.

The post offers protected weekly departmental teaching and benefits from educational supervision by a consultant as well as many other educational opportunities on shift.

A typical day may see you involved in Stroke Thrombolysis, PPCI for STEMI, Trauma (as a busy Trauma Unit), acutely unwell medical and surgical patients as well as managing various Paediatrics complaints and Minor Injuries.
