As part of this Modern Workplace Technical Consultant role, you will be involved in engaging with the Modern Workplace Delivery Consulting leads and delivering solutions for medium to enterprise clients.

As part of your role you will form strong relationships with the client and colleagues. Given the nature of our Managed Service clients and sectors. Ideally already SC cleared; or with potential to be SC cleared (dependent upon client assignment).


Furthermore, you will:

  • Report into and work under for the Microsoft Platform M365 Technical Architect
  • Provide Technical consulting and delivery of Microsoft services
  • Provide consulting and support client stakeholders regarding highlevel investigations into best operations for highlevel Microsoft practice
  • Work with the wider team, to ensure Microsoft service are properly configured and maintained to expectations and needs
  • Take part in preissue/postissue reviews, utilising your expertise and uptodate knowledge to provide root cause analysis.
  • Organise the implementation through constant improvement of information systems, data handing, processes/procedures, organisation and equipment
  • Utilise your excellent communication skills and history of clientcommunication to ensure customers and internal stakeholders are aware of progress and future plans
  • Ensure you develop yourself through offered training and collaborative forums to stay uptodate with emerging Microsoft capabilities to ensure you're offering nothing short of excellence
