Are you immediately available for a new Customer Service job? Are you on a temporary contract or working week to week in a call centre?


A 6 month fixed term role is available in the centre of Wilmslow, close to the train station or with free parking available.


If you've been working in a Customer Service role for a year or more, or have experience handling calls (in-bound or out-bound) this could be a great next step in your career.


The company work in the busy world of insurance and motor claims need a capable new team member to join a key area of the business.


You'll be required to:

  • Act as 1st point of contact for any new external enquiries.
  • Register new customers onto the internal systems, obtaining key data.
  • Handle documentation and incoming hard copies of important information
  • Assist other team members with the claims process
  • Follow up with customers where necessary
  • Track the customer journey from end to end, following timeframes / processes
  • Carry out assorted administrative functions associated with the role

Salary:
£19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
