Employability Coach

Hastings based, with home working and travel


Here at Howells we are working with a leading national Housing Association to recruit an Employability coach to join their team in the South.


Working within the Tenancy Sustainment team, you will assist residents with any welfare and employability coaching they need in order to sustain the terms of their tenancy.

Residents will be referred to you for support from Housing Officers or self referral.

With the current cost of living crisis the team are experiencing a high level of referrals so it will be a busy job


Your office base will be Hastings, however you will manage your own diary and spend your time either in the office, working from home, or travelling to residents homes.

A lot of your meetings can be held via teams where possible to reduce travel, howeveryou do need a driving license and own car.


As part of the Southern Team, further afield travel may be required to cover other team members during busy/holiday periods, or to attend meetings.


If you are a people person, with a supportive nature but the drive to succeed within an outcome focussed environment, then this could be the role for you.
