Customer Advisor

Full-time

Guernsey (GY1)

First year OTE £26,000 - £30,000

A privately owned business who continue to innovate and inspire, this role comes with an excellent salary package and great bonus scheme assisting with the management of the showroom of a long-established lifestyle retailer.


Previous experience as a Sales Advisor within a consultative retail environment is highly desirable.

Duties:


  • Handling face to face sales queries
  • Liaising with customers and stakeholders across all areas of the business
  • Assisting customers with any product queries
  • Management of staff

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a consultative sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident, Professional and Presentable
  • Ability to liaise with customers of all levels

Full-time, permanent

Salary:
c£21,600 basic (Uncapped OTE; £26-£30k)

Experience:


  • Consultative Sales (furniture, flooring, travel, telecommunications, beauty, jewellery etc): 2 years (required)
