Engineering Manager | £90-110k | JavaScript ecosystem | Fully remote (with an office in the Southwest if you ever want to visit)
This company has changed the game. They've developed a SaaS product that every company in the Hospitality industry are fighting over to get their hands on and implement ASAP

You know how it is, you go on a hotel website and book up a room - job done But what about all the other extras that make that venue unique??? The existing system results in a real lack of customer experience and a lack of revenue maximisation - a lose-losesituation.

Well, that's the problem they have solved and it's an exciting time for them as they're now in scale-up phase and want to add an inspirational leader to their engineering team as they grow.

You'll have a strong background across the JavaScript Ecosystem, excellent experience of implementing agile methodologies and the ability to lead a high-performing & expanding engineering team.

What you'll bring to the role;

A proven track record of leading highperforming engineering teams
Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience of implementing Agile practices into an environment
A strong knowledge of the JavaScript ecosystem
Experience of growing a highquality team
The ability to confidently contribute towards strategic architectural & technological solutions
The humility to consider different points of view & conclude the best solution for the wider technology team
