Are you experienced in communications? If so, here is an opportunity to be a customer information executive in one of London's largest public sector organisation's.


Role overview:


As a customer information officer, you will support the successful delivery of customer information content across both digital and print channels.

You will develop customer focussed content to ensure customers are aware and engaged with any works and closures,service changes and unplanned disruption


You will be mainly responsible for ensuring customer facing information is accurate and consistent, visiting sites to understand the scope of certain projects, assisting in the delivery of innovative customer information solutions, and working alongsidea range of teams.


Key Information

  • Location: Stratford/Hybrid (2 days in office)
  • Hours: 35 hours
  • Daily Rate: £181 PAYE
Contract Duration: 3-4 months


  • Start Date: November

Experience:


  • Experience of providing high quality, customer focused information to support the delivery of high quality, customerled operations using a range of channels
  • Experience in Marketing, Customer Information, Research or Strategy in roles involving both strategic analysis and effective delivery
  • Experience in editing information and copyright
