Job Title:
Prototype Wire Person, IPC 620 - Class 3

Location:
Dorset

Our client is a leading Engineering organisation based in Dorset.

They urgently seek experience Production Wire Persons on a permanent basis.

It essential that you can gain Security clearance in the UK to be considered for this role.

The role:

To produce high quality wiring looms, Cable assemblies, wiring cabinets & fixtures
Highly skilled in crimping, lacing and splicing to Aerospace standards
Exposure to PCB Assembly would be desirable

Key Skills, experience and attributes:

Able to liaise with inhouse engineers with technical queries and provide build solutions for prototype assemblies
Understanding of engineering drawings, wiring schedules and circuit diagrams
Able to solder to a consistently high standard
Familiar with a variety of mil spec connectors, cable production techniques
Able to work to IPC 620 Class 3
