£9.50ph

My client are looking for a team of customer service advisors to support the BoilerJuice campaign.

BoilerJuice was founded in 2004 by a group of friends who wanted to make ordering heating oil easier, cheaper and more convenient.

Over the past 16 years they have grown in size, but the core aim has stayed the same:
To help you find the best heating oil price in your area, quickly.

This role will be to take incoming calls which could be a variety of general enquiries to include the below:

  • Role & Responsibilities
  • Handling Orders
  • Dip reads measuring oil levels
  • Refunds
  • Questions and queries
  • Complaints
Skills & Experience

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident communicator

Salary:
£9.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Portsmouth, PO9 1TR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
