Are you a hardworking and diligent Housing Officer with a great knowledge and understanding of tenancy and estate management?

Is so, BRC are working in partnership with a local Charity who are recruiting for a Housing Officer.

They are looking for someone to effectively manage a dispersed patch of properties, dealing with estate management issues, ASB, tenancy sustainment and other tenancy related issues.

As a Housing Officer, you will play a vital part in delivering affordable accommodation by acting as a key liaison to tenants, providing them with their rights and responsibilities, participating in community events and monitoring neighbourhoods.

To be successful in this position, you will have experience of debt and income recovery, a good understanding of landlord and tenant legislation, and possess the following soft skills: excellent communication, negotiating skills, and ability to deal with aggravated situations are desired.
