Butler Rose, public practice is delighted to be supporting our client, an outstanding Top 20 firm of accountants based in London, that are keen to appoint an Outsourcing Manager to lead the outsourced function focussed on the firm's highly successful and ever-expanding recruitment sector client portfolio.

Role Requirements

Working alongside the Head of Recruitment to run the department, delivering high quality backoffice services to our clients in the recruitment sector

Building relationships with clients so that you are the "go-to" person and will manage their expectations, their services and the team to deliver a high-quality client satisfaction.

Completing VAT and Management accounts reviews, utilising your existing technical knowledge and experience whilst developing your skills still further and ensuring quality standards are met in the department
Identifying and delivering added value services to the clients to help them prosper.

Person Requirements

ACA / ACCA qualified with ideally 3 years' PQE experience with exposure in a similar manager level role within practice or an outsourcing environment

A real people's person who likes developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Can lead, support and motivate a team
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in the use of accounting software such as CCH would be ideal
