Overview of the Welder/Fabricator:

Working in the workshop, fabricating from cad drawings. We need an experienced fabricator welder with current coding's in MIG who is competent in fabricating architectural steelwork.

  • 5+ years fabrication experience in architectural steelwork balconies, balustrades, staircases, railings etc.
  • Able to MIG weld in all positions.
  • Ability to read/fabricate from drawings.
  • Interpret technical drawings to fabricate metal parts and components.
  • Operate various tools and equipment, such as cutting torches, welding machines, grinders, and saws.
  • Use various measuring tools, such as tape measures, callipers, and squares to ensure accuracy in fabrication.
  • Assemble metal products by bolting, welding, riveting or otherwise fastening them together.

Hours:


Monday - Friday: 40+ hours, 8 hours a day. Overtime available.

Salary:
£16.50-£18.00 per hour
