About Flowd:

Flowd is a fast-growing UK based marketing agency based in Manchester.

We focus on creative personalisation using AI and have delivered over 1000 qualified sales meetings for our clients in 2021.

We have an international team of 13 based across Europe and are expanding our service fast around the world and are now looking for a Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales division.


The Role:


We want an experienced recruiter, comfortable with direct sourcing and a track record of using your own initiative to unearth top talent and build future pipelines.

But crucially, we need someone who understands our employees, our people, are what sets us apart - the fuel behind our success.


What you'll be doing:


  • Creating and developing a talent acquisition strategy, in line with future business objectives. Communicating regularly with Senior Leadership to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and organisational goals.
  • Developing strong working relationships with stakeholders to deliver on commitments and expectations.
  • Continually updating the Careers Site and updating platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to make engaging content and build connections/pipelines of potential applicants.
  • Manage all aspects of HR Administration including new starters and leavers
  • Preparing and updating HR documents

What you will bring to the role:

  • Previous experience in developing a talent acquisition strategy & brand
  • Excellent understanding and experience of full cycle recruitment processes
  • You will be proactive individual with a strong ability to follow through on action plans, excited by the opportunity of building a People function
  • You will be a skilled negotiator with excellent listening and interpersonal skills
  • You will have the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fastpaced environment
