Head of Operations£45,000 + Bonus and Benefits
Fully Remote within the UK
My client is one of the world's leading global digital online training and marketing platforms within the travel industry.
They partner with global travel suppliers such as airlines, cruise companies, hotel chains, tour operators, tourist boards etc, creating e-learning courses aimed at travel agents to drive brand awareness, increasing product knowledge, and ultimately drivingrevenue growth.
They are now recruiting for the newly created role Head of Operations to work with the Managing Director, sales, and product teams.
This is key aspect to this role co-ordinating between sales, production, and account management to ensure courses and marketing campaigns/events are delivered to a high standard.
The role is offered on a fully remote based within the UK with company meetings taking place in London monthly.
Head of Operations Duties and Responsibilities:
Working with stakeholders to plan and deliver the content to support new and existing partners - new product information collateral, onboarding collateral, case studies, promotions, pricing etc.
Working with stakeholders to plan and deliver content to increase agent satisfaction - agent acquisition campaigns, agent onboarding content, referral campaignsWorking with stakeholders to ensure all new product development is documented where relevant for training purposes and communicated
Managing technical support queries with the portal, course creation
Document company processes to enhance productivity and efficiency on how to streamline signoff for newsletters etc
Company Reporting and data analysis leading to recommendations for product services
Contact existing clients to discuss renewals virtually and physically escalating service or product improvement ideas to Product Director, working with the Head of Global Partnerships to grow existing client base
Head of Operations Experience required:
Previous operations management experience within the travel industry
Project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communications - able to write sales, product and process documents
Technical support - able to track queries and issues from definition to resolution
Previous commercial experience including creating and executing strategic plan
Head of Operations Salary and Benefits:
Competitive Base Salary to £45,000 based on experience and knowledge
