Are your and experienced administrator that likes a role that offers variety? I am currently recruiting for a
Service Desk Advisor within the automotive sector.

The Job

Assisting with daytoday administrative task and manging client enquiries
Setting up appointments and overseeing associated correspondence
Proven ability to upsell products to customers.
Provide excellent customer service with both new and existing customers.
Maintain the reception area and ensure it looks presentable at all times.
Stock management for the offices and service areas
Demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
Cash handling and maintaining accurate records.

About you

An experience administrator that is happy to get involved with all aspects of the business.
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Previous experience within the service industry would be an advantage.
Able to work every other Saturday morning.
A driving licence will be required for occasional ad hoc delivery duties or client meetings

work pattern is Monday - Friday and ever other Saturday morning

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
