IT Support Engineer

An IT Support Engineer with experience installing and supporting IT Systems and software is required by our client based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.

A salary of £30,000 + Company Van is available dependent upon experience.

The IT Support Engineer will Install software at customer sites and carry out maintenance and repairs both remotely and onsite.

You should ideally have experience configuring software and some hardware as well as implementing systems and carry out subsequentsupport and training with users.

The ideal applicant with have strong networking connectivity skills as well as Windows Operating Systems and MS Office knowledge.

You must have a full driver's license.

The Software Installation Engineer will have strong IT Support skills and ideally will have worked on systems implementation including both hardware and software.

Required Skills:

Field Service Support and Installation skills
Experience having trained small groups of people
A good knowledge level of networking (TCP/IP).
Full UK Driving licence

Salary:

Basic salary to £30,000 plus Car and Bonus and Pension
