Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a large public sector organisation with the recruitment of an experienced Secretary.Our client is offering a very unique opportunity to be part of an executive team that is making fundamental changes and innovation for Sheffield.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service when dealing with enquires from internal and external customers
- Ensure effective diary management for designated managers
- Prepare and dispatch documents as requested
- Organise meetings, visits, travel and hospitality
Skills & Experience
- Previous personal assistant experience preferred
- Knowledge of Data Protection and GDPR
- Experienced within IT packages such as MS Office or similar
- Polite and professional telephone manner
